Temasek Education Foundation is offering bond free scholarships for Academic Year 2013 to Singaporeans and youth from Asia.

Terms of Scholarship
The scholarships will be for up to 3 or 4 years and will cover: a) Tuition fees (based on MOE tuition grants rates) b) A living allowance of S$500 per month c) A housing allowance of up to S$350 per month (where applicable) d) One way economy air fare to Singapore of up to S$1800 (where applicable)
Application Criteria
Applications must satisfy the following criteria:
a) Academic excellence b) Participation in extra-curricular activities c) Leadership skills d) Participation in social/ community work
Application Dates
The dates for Polytechnic and University applications are indicated below:
a) Polytechnic Applications 1 December 2012 to 31 January 2013
b) University Applications 1 December 2012 to 14 March 2013
