The Marjorie Deane Financial Journalism Foundation funds several full scholarships exclusively for students who have been offered places on the MA in Financial Journalism. Both UK/EU and overseas students are eligible to apply.

Degree Level: Scholarships are available for masters degree programme.
Available Subject: Scholarships are available in Financial Journalism. The scholarships can cover the full cost of tuition, and discretionary living costs, dependent on need.
Number of Awards: From September 2017, up to four students will be backed each year by the new Marjorie Deane Intellectual Excellence Scholarships, which will cover course fees in full.
Scholarship Benefits: The foundation is also continuing its support for an endowed professorship in financial journalism. In total, it has pledged to contribute £550,000 over the next three years.

- The selection criteria are: academic achievement and promise; relevant practical journalism experience; the potential to make a difference to the practice of financial journalism in a student’s home country.
