Lancaster University is offering MA scholarships in any department in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. This scholarship is open to full- and part-time non-Home/EU students due to commence their studies during the 2016-2017 academic year. The application deadline is 25 March 2016.

Eligibility: All applicants must already hold an offer of a place to study in any department in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and should be due to commence their studies during the 2016-17 academic year. Outstanding applicants to both full-time and part-time Masters Programmes will be considered.
Eligible Nationalities: Overseas (non-UK/EU) applicants can only apply for MA scholarships.
Scholarship Benefit: The scholarship takes the form of a fee waiver for the duration of an individual’s Masters studies.
Selection Criteria: The scholarships will be awarded on a competitive basis. Candidates for a scholarship will be ranked based on the following criteria:
- Academic ability (as evidenced by academic record and references)
- Suitability for the programme applied for
- Commitment to scholarship in the relevant field(s)
- Potential for contribution to scholarship and society more generally
