DeutschlandStipendium Scholarship 2016 2017
Ruhr Universitat Bochum is offering DeutschlandStipendium for academic session 2016-2017. The Scholarship is open for students from all countries and no nationality restriction is applied. The Scholarship is available for first or second degree studies. Postgraduate courses are not available under this scholarship program. If you are applicant from outside Germany your are required to meet specific English Language / other language requirments in order to be able to study. Students who perform outstandingly academically and are involved in special social engagement can each receive € 300 per month for a year from the Ruhr-University Scholarship Fund.

Arts and Social Sciences: Faculty of Protestant Theology; Faculty of Catholic Theology; Faculty of Philosophy and Education; Faculty of History; Faculty of Philology; Law Faculty; Faculty of Economics; Faculty of Social Sciences; Faculty of East Asian Studies; Faculty of Sports Science; Faculty of Psychology
Engineering Sciences: Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering; Faculty of Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering and Information Technology
Natural Sciences: Faculty of Mathematics; Faculty of Physics and Astronomy; Faculty of Geosciences; Faculty of Chemistry and Biochemistry; Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology Medicine: Medical Faculty.

Eligibility Requirements:
Academic Qualification: The faculty-specific scholarships are awarded by the faculties on the basis of the students` academic performance.
Eligible Nationality: Applicants from all nationality are eligible to apply.
Selection Criteria: Academic Merit
English Language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.
