Instructors
Dr. Tony Tse
Dr Tse is a professor of Practice and Programme Director at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his BSocSc, MBA, and PhD from University of Hong Kong, Macquarie University, and Southern Cross University respectively.
